Hot 26 & 2 - 60 Minutes

26 & 2 is the original series of 26 hatha yoga postures and two breathing exercises. All levels of practice are welcome, including first-time students. This is a shortened version of the original 26 & 2 - 90 Minute Class practiced in a room heated to 105°F and 40% humidity. Please review new student information if you are considering this class.
